In May 1995, Jane Delozier opened Prescott Coffee Roasters in the Depot Marketplace Shopping Center. Jane, a woman of great passion and culinary expertise, created far more than just a coffee shop. She created a community gathering place that served the finest fresh roasted coffees, featured homemade baked goods and offered delicious wholesome meals. In January 1999, Prescott Coffee Roasters moved out of the Depot Marketplace and into its current home at 318 West Gurley Street. The shop overlooks Granite Creek and is a "home away from home" for many locals. Visitors find their way in, drawn by the irresistable aroma of roasting beans. Current owners Rich and Gayle Gregory met there, and so have a special love for Prescott Coffee Roasters.

Long time manager and baker, Marie (in the above picture she's on the left), creates muffin and scone recipes that are baked up fresh every morning with all natural ingredients and no preservatives. (There is always a delicious spelt muffin or scone option available for those who are wheat intolerant.) Look for additions to the breakfast and lunch menus in the near future. Current hours are 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday, and 6:30am - 2pm Saturday and Sunday.
